Unless otherwise requested we ship all Web orders via FedEx ground or UPS ground. Final freight charges are based on FedEx/UPS residential rates including fuel surcharges in effect at the time of shipment. We can ship via other services if requested. We can also ship via the United States Postal Service with their Priority Mail service or Global Express Mail service.
ReturnsTools ordered in error may be returned for credit within 21 days of the date of purchase. Permission to return tools must be obtained prior to their return. A Returned Goods Authorization number can be obtained by emailing a request using the "Contact Us" tab on the home page. Please include what you would like to return, date of purchase, order number and invoice number.
CreditFinal credit will be issued and refund made only after the tools have been inspected and found to be in first class condition and in their original packaging. There will be a 15% restocking charge on all returns. No credit will be issued for freight and handling charges.
WarrantyAll tools are warranted by their manufacturer. If you feel the tool you purchased is defective, please advise us and we will advise you of that manufacturer's warranty policy. Normally, most tools are warranted against defective workmanship. Normal wear and tear is not warranted. All decisions to repair or replace a tool will be at the discretion of the original manufacturer.
